What is the minimum age to play?

How do I create a Pak Club account?

Can I have more than one account?
No. One account per person, one account per mobile number. Duplicate accounts get flagged and balances may be forfeited per the terms. If you genuinely need to switch the registered mobile, ping support with your CNIC.
I forgot my password — how do I reset it?
On the login page, tap "Forgot Password," enter your registered mobile, and an SMS link arrives within 30 seconds. Tap it, set a new password, you are back in. The new password takes effect immediately on every device.
Why is my account locked?
Five failed login attempts trigger a 15-minute lock. Wait it out or use Forgot Password to unlock immediately. If a lock keeps happening when you have not been the one trying, change the password and turn on 2FA — someone else is trying to get in.
How do I close my account?
Account Settings → Account → Close account. Pak Club confirms the closure, processes any pending withdrawal, and the account becomes permanently inaccessible. If you only need a break, the self-exclusion option (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or permanent) is in Responsible Gaming settings.
Can I change my mobile number?
Yes. Account Settings → Profile → Change mobile. The platform sends an OTP to the old number for confirmation, then a new OTP to the new number to verify. If you no longer have access to the old number, contact support with your CNIC for a manual update.

What is the minimum deposit?
PKR 200 for JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay and NayaPay. PKR 500 for bank transfer. USDT minimum is the rupee equivalent of PKR 500 at the current rate.
What is the maximum deposit?
PKR 500,000 in a single transaction for verified accounts. Unverified accounts are capped at PKR 50,000 lifetime — the platform asks for CNIC verification when you cross that threshold.
How do I deposit using JazzCash?
Open the wallet, choose JazzCash, type the amount, confirm. Pak Club generates a deposit reference and the JazzCash app opens automatically (if installed) — confirm the transfer there. Funds reach your Pak Club wallet in 30 to 60 seconds. If JazzCash is not installed, you get a merchant ID to type into JazzCash USSD.
How do I deposit using EasyPaisa?
Same flow as JazzCash — pick EasyPaisa, enter amount, confirm. The EasyPaisa app handles the transfer and Pak Club credits the wallet within a minute.
How long does a bank transfer deposit take?
5 to 30 minutes during banking hours (9am-5pm Mon-Sat). Outside those hours, the transfer queues and clears at the next opening. Pak Club supports HBL, UBL, MCB, Meezan and Bank Alfalah for instant IBFT transfers.
Are there deposit fees?
Pak Club does not charge a deposit fee on any method. Your bank or wallet provider may charge their standard transaction fee — JazzCash and EasyPaisa typically do not charge for IBFT-style transfers under PKR 25,000.
My deposit did not arrive. What should I do?
Wait two minutes — most "missing" deposits are still in the network. If it has been longer, check your wallet/bank app for the transaction status. If money left your account but did not reach Pak Club, message support with the reference number from the transaction receipt — we trace it within an hour during normal staffing.
Can I deposit in USDT?

Are there withdrawal fees?
Your first withdrawal each day is free. Subsequent same-day withdrawals carry a flat PKR 30 processing fee that covers what JazzCash and EasyPaisa charge us. Tip: most players queue all their cash-outs into a single end-of-day withdrawal to keep them all free.
Why is my first withdrawal pending review?
The first withdrawal triggers a one-time real-name match between your Pak Club account name and the receiving wallet/bank account name. Done by humans, takes 15–60 minutes during the day, longer overnight. Every withdrawal after that bypasses the check and is fully automated.
Can I withdraw to a wallet that is not in my name?
No. The receiving JazzCash, EasyPaisa or bank account must match the name on your Pak Club account. This is the single most common reason a withdrawal gets rejected. If your account is a typo away from matching, ping support and we will fix the spelling.
Why was my withdrawal rejected?
Three usual reasons: (1) wallet/bank name does not match the Pak Club account name; (2) you are trying to withdraw bonus money before clearing the wagering requirement; (3) you have not yet completed CNIC verification on a high-volume account. The rejection notification tells you which one applies and how to fix it.
Can I cancel a withdrawal in progress?
Yes, until the platform sends the funds out — usually a 30-second window. Account → Transactions → Pending → Cancel. Once the money has left Pak Club's wallet, it cannot be recalled.

How does the cricket exchange work?
You can back (bet for) or lay (bet against) any market on a match — match winner, top batsman, total runs, fall of next wicket, runs in the next over. Odds are set by other players, not by Pak Club, so the price moves with sentiment. Markets stay open until the bowler is at the top of his run-up. Cash-out is available the entire match. Available for PSL, IPL, all T20 internationals, all ODIs and Tests.
How does Aviator work?
Place a bet between PKR 10 and PKR 50,000. The plane takes off and a multiplier climbs from 1.00x. You decide when to cash out — the longer you wait, the bigger the multiplier, but the plane can fly away at any moment. If you cash out first, your bet × multiplier lands in your wallet. If the plane flies away first, you lose the bet. The Spribe RNG seed is published before each round, making every outcome provably fair.
What is the minimum bet?
Aviator: PKR 10. Teen Patti tables: PKR 50. Slot spins: PKR 5. Cricket exchange: PKR 100. Live casino: varies by table, usually PKR 200 to PKR 500. Filter the lobby by stake to find tables in your range.
