Pak Club Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy
The rules of using Pak Club, written as plainly as we could without losing the legal meaning. By creating an account or playing on the platform you agree to everything in this document. 1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to register, deposit, or play on Pak Club. You confirm that you are an adult and that participating in online gaming is permitted in the jurisdiction where you live. Pak Club operates under an offshore licence and is not responsible for verifying local laws on your behalf — that is your responsibility.
Pak Club reserves the right to request a copy of your CNIC or other government-issued ID at any time to confirm your age and identity. We routinely request KYC documents when lifetime deposits cross PKR 50,000 or before unusually large withdrawals. Refusal to provide valid identification when asked may result in withdrawal delays or account closure.
Employees of Pak Club, their immediate family members, and anyone with access to non-public information about the platform's games (game studio staff, RNG auditors, payment partners) are not eligible to play for real money on the platform.
2. Accounts
One account per person, one account per registered mobile number, one account per device on the same network. Duplicate accounts will be flagged and any winnings or balances on duplicates may be forfeited. If you genuinely need to change the mobile number on file (you switched carriers, lost the SIM), contact support with your CNIC for a manual update.
You are responsible for keeping your password and OTP secure. Pak Club will never ask for your password, OTP code, or 2FA recovery code through any channel — not in chat, not over email, not over phone. Anyone asking for this information is impersonating us and you should report them.
Pak Club may suspend or close any account at its discretion if it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, collusion, multiple-accounting, bonus abuse, or any breach of these terms. In such cases the platform will hold balances pending investigation; if the investigation finds against the player, balances may be forfeited and any winnings reversed.
Inactive accounts (no login for 24 consecutive months) may be closed. Pak Club will email a 30-day notice to the address on file before closing an inactive account; any balance is held for collection on request for a further 12 months.
3. Deposits and withdrawals
Pak Club accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay, NayaPay, bank transfer (HBL, UBL, MCB, Meezan, Bank Alfalah), and USDT (TRC-20). All amounts in your wallet are held in PKR; USDT deposits are converted at the prevailing rate at the time of deposit.
Minimum deposit: PKR 200 for mobile wallets, PKR 500 for bank transfer, equivalent of PKR 500 for USDT. Maximum deposit: PKR 500,000 per single transaction for verified accounts, PKR 50,000 lifetime for unverified accounts. There are no deposit fees from Pak Club's side; your bank or wallet provider may charge their standard transaction fees.
Minimum withdrawal: PKR 500. The first withdrawal each day is free; subsequent same-day withdrawals incur a flat PKR 30 processing fee. Withdrawals are paid only to a JazzCash, EasyPaisa or bank account that matches the registered name on the Pak Club account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not allowed and will be rejected.
The first withdrawal from any account triggers a one-time real-name match check, typically completed within 60 minutes during the day. Subsequent withdrawals are fully automated. Median JazzCash and EasyPaisa payouts complete within five minutes during normal hours; bank transfers settle in 30 minutes during banking hours.
4. Bonuses and promotions
Welcome bonuses, deposit matches, free bets and other promotional offers are governed by their individual terms displayed at the time of offer. The general principles below apply unless a specific promotion overrides them in writing.
Bonus money cannot be withdrawn directly. It must be wagered the number of times stated in the bonus terms (typically 10× for the welcome match). Slots count 100% toward wagering, table games count 10–20%, live casino counts 10%, and cricket exchange/Aviator may count 0–50% depending on the specific promotion.
Bonus offers expire on the date stated at the time of offer (typically 30 days from claim). Unused bonus balance is removed when the offer expires; any deposit funds in the wallet are unaffected.
Pak Club explicitly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer multiple times, structuring deposits and withdrawals around bonus claims to extract value with no genuine play intent, or coordinating with other accounts to manipulate bonus terms. Accounts engaged in such behaviour will have bonuses revoked and may face permanent closure.
5. Fair play and game integrity
Every game on Pak Club runs on independently audited Random Number Generators provided by licensed game studios — Pragmatic Play, Spribe (Aviator), Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, JILI, PG Soft, Habanero and others. Pak Club has no control over individual game outcomes and does not modify RNG seeds or outcomes.
Provably fair games (Aviator, JetX, Mines, and similar crash games) publish a hashed seed before each round; the unhashed seed and round-by-round verification data are available in the game history once the round closes. You can verify any past round's fairness using these values.
Cricket exchange markets follow standard betting exchange rules. Settled bets are final based on the official match data feed. In the event of a match abandonment, rain delay shortening, or other regulatory change to a fixture, market settlement follows the rules of the governing cricket body (PCB, BCCI, ICC) for that specific competition.
Use of automated software, bots, or any tool that attempts to manipulate game results, exploit bugs, or coordinate play with other accounts is strictly prohibited. Detected use will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
6. Responsible gaming
Pak Club is committed to responsible adult entertainment. The platform provides every player with free, easy-to-use tools to control their gaming activity — daily/weekly/monthly deposit limits, single-bet caps, session reminder timers, loss-limit alerts, and self-exclusion options of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or permanent.
Limit increases take 24 hours to take effect (cooling-off period). Limit decreases take effect immediately. Self-exclusion is binding for the chosen period and cannot be reversed during the exclusion. Once a permanent self-exclusion is activated, it is treated as a permanent account closure.

Marketing communications can be disabled at any time in Account Settings → Notifications. Pak Club will not send promotional content to any account that has self-excluded or has flagged a problem-gambling concern in chat or support tickets.
7. Privacy policy
Pak Club collects only the data needed to operate the platform: your mobile number (for OTP and security alerts), your name and date of birth (for KYC and payout matching), your CNIC if you cross the verification threshold, your IP address and device information (for fraud prevention), and your transaction history (for accounting and dispute resolution).
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with marketers or affiliate networks. Phone numbers are used exclusively for OTP delivery and security notifications. Your data is shared only with: (a) licensed payment partners (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, banks) to process deposits and withdrawals; (b) game studios for the strict purpose of credit/debit on individual games; (c) regulatory or law enforcement bodies if required by valid legal process.
Data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt (cost factor 12) and are not retrievable in plain text by anyone, including Pak Club staff. Account data is retained for as long as the account is active plus seven years after closure for regulatory compliance.
You have the right to request a copy of all personal data Pak Club holds on you, the right to correct inaccurate data, and the right to deletion subject to our regulatory retention obligations. Email privacy@paksclub.com with any data request.
Pak Club uses minimal cookies — a session cookie for keeping you logged in, a CSRF cookie for security, and (only if you opt in) a preference cookie that remembers your language and game lobby filters. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies are used.
8. Dispute resolution
If you believe a game, transaction or account decision was incorrectly handled, the first step is to contact live support with the specific details — round ID, transaction reference, screenshot, exact time and date. Most disputes are resolved within one business day at this level.
If you are not satisfied with the support team's response, you can escalate to disputes@paksclub.com. The disputes team will provide a written response within seven business days. Dispute outcomes at this level are final and binding within Pak Club.
If you remain unsatisfied after the disputes team's response, you may refer the matter to the platform's licensing authority for independent review. Authority contact details are provided in the disputes team's final response.
Nothing in these terms restricts your statutory rights under the laws that apply to you. Where a clause in these terms conflicts with mandatory local law, the local law takes precedence for that specific clause only.
9. Changes to these terms
Pak Club may update these terms from time to time. Material changes — anything that affects your rights, fees, or how we handle your data — will be communicated to all active accounts via email and an on-platform notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of Pak Club after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Non-material changes (typo fixes, clarifications, contact detail updates) take effect on publication. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
